The number of wines protected under
the Denomination Terre Tollesi or Tullum are six and
come from Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes,
from native Pecorino and Passerina and Chardonnay grapes,
used for spumante.

An especially important role is played by Pecorino and Passerina, both native and among the newest emerging grape varieties, today fully considered noteworthy local resources.
Tullum PDO has been the first in Abruzzo to give Pecorino grapes a Protected Denomination.

TERRE TOLLESI O TULLUM

ROSSO RISERVA

Colour: intense ruby ​​red with purple hues, tending to garnet with aging.
Bouquet: intense, peculiar.
Taste: dry, full bodied, harmonious, velvety.
Minimum total alcohol content by volume: 13.50% vol.
Total acidity: 5.00 g/l.
Minimum solid net extract: 28.00 g/l.

TERRE TOLLESI O TULLUM

ROSSO

Colour: ruby ​​red with light purple reflections.
Bouquet: vinous, tenuous, pleasant .
Taste: dry, full bodied, slightly tannic.
Minimum total alcohol content by volume: 13.00% vol.
Total acidity: 4.50 g/l.
Minimum solid net extract: 26.00 gr/l.

TERRE TOLLESI O TULLUM

PECORINO

Colour: more or less intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: fruity, fine, peculiar.
Taste: dry, fresh, sapid, harmonious.
Minimum total alcohol content by volume: 13.00% vol.
Total acidity: 5.00 g/l.
Minimum solid net extract: 18.00 g/l.

PASSERINA

Colour: light straw yellow.
Bouquet: fruity, delicate, peculiar.
Taste: dry, fresh, harmonious.

PASSITO ROSSO

Colour: ruby ​​red tending to garnet.

Taste: harmonious, sweet, characteristic.
Minimum total alcohol content by volume: 16.00% vol. of which at least 13.00% vol. played.
Total acidity: 4.50 g/l.
Minimum solid net extract: 22.00 g/l.

Colour: straw yellow.
Bouquet: peculiar, pleasant.
Taste: from brut nature to sweet, harmonious, pleasant, peculiar.
